Can Facebook Page comments send an automatic DM?
Yes. When someone comments your keyword under a Facebook Page post, Chat33 sends them a private reply in Messenger from your Page, with your link as text or as a button. You can also post a public reply under the comment.
Does it work with a personal Facebook profile?
No. Automation runs on Facebook Pages, because Meta's messaging API is only available to Pages. You connect the Page through Facebook's own login, and Chat33 never asks for your password.
Is Facebook Messenger automation allowed?
Yes, on Meta's official API. Chat33 is an approved Meta Tech Provider and follows Meta's messaging rules, such as one private reply per comment and replies inside an open conversation.
What happens after the first Messenger message?
A comment can trigger one private reply. When the person writes back, the conversation is open and a DM keyword flow can take it from there, or your team can answer by hand in the inbox.
Can I manage Instagram and Facebook together?
