Refund and Return Policy

Chat33 is a digital service. There are no physical goods to return; this policy describes when a payment is refunded. It applies to purchases made on chat33.io and to Chat33 memberships and credit packs bought through Whop. It mirrors the refund terms in our Terms of Service; where the two differ, the Terms of Service prevail.

1. Subscriptions (monthly and annual)

• You may cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future charges; your workspace keeps its plan until the end of the period you already paid for, then moves to the free plan. Your data is kept.
• 14-day window. If you request it within 14 days of the initial purchase or of a renewal charge, we refund that charge, prorated for the days already used.
• After 14 days no refund is issued for that charge, but you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

2. Credit packs

• A credit pack that has not been used at all can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• Once any credit from a pack has been spent (posts to X, contact overage, API connection slots), the pack is non-refundable.

3. Lifetime purchases

A lifetime license can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days it is non-refundable.

4. How to request a refund

• Bought on Whop: request the refund from your Whop membership page, or email support@chat33.io with the Whop order id. Whop processes the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
• Bought on chat33.io: email support@chat33.io from the account's email address. Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

5. Exceptions

• No refund is owed for accounts terminated for a breach of the Acceptable Use Policy in our Terms of Service.
• Opening a chargeback instead of asking for a refund may result in suspension of the account while the dispute is resolved.
• Third-party platform fees, taxes collected by the payment provider, and affiliate commissions already paid out are outside this policy and are handled as described in the Terms of Service.
