For agencies and freelancers

A workspace per client.
One login, one bill.

Run every brand you manage from one Chat33 account. Each client gets its own workspace with its own channels, posts, comment-to-DM flows and inbox. Your plan pays for all of them.

  • Switch clients in one click
  • Limits pooled across clients
  • Hand a workspace to the client

Each client gets a workspace of its own

Nothing leaks between clients. A post scheduled for one brand can never go out on another brand's account, and a client teammate only sees their own workspace.

Channels

Connect the client's Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, LinkedIn, Threads and Bluesky accounts inside their workspace.

Posts and calendar

Drafts, scheduled posts and published history stay in that client's calendar.

Comment-to-DM flows

Every keyword, reply and DM flow belongs to one brand, with its own contacts and leads.

Inbox

DMs and comments for one client land in that client's inbox, not in a shared pile.

Team

Invite people per workspace: your staff, the client's team, or reviewers who only approve posts.

Logo and brand color

Give each workspace the client's logo and color, so you always know whose account you are in.

Billing

Your plan pays for every client

Client workspaces live under your agency account. You get one bill, and the plan limits are shared across all your clients.

1

Extra workspaces are $10 a month

Need more than your plan includes? Each extra workspace is $10 a month, prorated by the day for the rest of your billing period.

2

You see the price before any charge

Chat33 shows the exact amount and waits for you to accept it. Nothing is charged until you do.

3

Limits are pooled

Your plan limits are shared by the whole group, not split per client, so a busy client can use what a quiet one doesn't.

From signing to handover

The whole life of a client account

Clients come and go. Each step is built in, so you never have to rebuild a brand from scratch or untangle accounts by hand.

  1. Step 1

    Add the client

Create a workspace, set the logo and brand color, and connect the client's accounts.

  2. Step 2

    Invite their team

Add your staff and the client's people. Reviewers can be invited just to approve posts, without taking a seat.

  3. Step 3

    Paused, never lost

If your plan lapses, workspaces over the limit pause: a banner shows, scheduled posts are held and no DMs go out. Restore the plan and everything resumes, held posts included.

  4. Step 4

    Delete with a safety net

Only the agency owner can delete a workspace, with its name and a 6-digit email code. You have 7 days to restore it.

  5. Step 5

    Hand it over

When the contract ends, send the client a transfer link. They accept, and their channels and active flows move with them. You lose access, and they start on the Free plan.

Client sign-off

Need the client to approve posts first?

Turn on approvals for any workspace. The client gets an email, reviews each post with a preview per channel, and approves or asks for changes. Approved posts schedule themselves.

Questions

Who pays for client workspaces?
Your agency account does. Client workspaces are covered by your plan, so there is one bill. Clients don't need their own subscription while you manage them.
How many client workspaces do I get?
Starter includes 2 workspaces, Pro 5, Business 10 and Enterprise 20, counting your own, so Pro is you plus 4 clients. Client workspaces are not available on the Free plan. Each extra workspace is $10 a month.
How is an extra workspace charged?
It is added to your subscription at $10 a month, prorated by the day for the current billing period. Chat33 shows the amount and asks you to accept it before anything is charged.
Can my client log in and see their workspace?
Yes. Invite them to their own workspace only. You can also add them as reviewers who only see the posts you send them for approval and take no seat on your plan.
What happens if my plan lapses?
Workspaces over your new limit pause. They show a banner, hold scheduled posts and send no DMs. Nothing is deleted. When you restore the plan they resume and the held posts publish.
Can I give the account to the client when we stop working together?
Yes. Send a transfer link from the workspace. Once the client accepts, their channels and active flows move to their own account on the Free plan, and your agency loses access.
What if I delete a workspace by mistake?
Deleting needs the agency owner, the workspace name and a code sent to the owner's email. After that you still have 7 days to restore it.
What if I connect an account that is already in another workspace?
Chat33 tells you which of your workspaces it is connected in and offers to switch you there, so a brand doesn't end up split across two workspaces.
