From your first video to money in your bank: what happens, when it happens and what you need to do.
Every campaign is one of these two. A campaign the brand pays shows "Paid by" and the brand's name.
The brand funds the budget before the campaign goes live. Your earnings build up in Chat33, and we send them to your bank through Stripe. The steps below are for these campaigns.
You agree your pay with the brand and the brand pays you directly. You don't need Stripe, and this money is not in your Chat33 balance.
Video fees, pay for views, pay for installs and milestone bonuses all show up on your Earnings page.
Earnings stay on hold for 14 days. Your Earnings page shows each amount and the date it becomes available.
On your Earnings page, choose the country where you get paid and finish the setup with Stripe, including your bank account. You only do this once.
When $25 or more is available, click Request payout. Our team reviews your first payout.
After that, payouts are automatic. When $25 or more is available, it goes out on Monday. It usually reaches your bank in 1 to 3 business days, depending on Stripe and your bank.

Not on the list? We can't send payouts to your country yet, so earnings from campaigns Chat33 pays can't reach you. Campaigns the brand pays still work, because the brand pays you directly. Look for "Paid by" before you start.
No. Chat33 takes no fee from what you earn.
Your earnings are in US dollars. If your bank account uses another currency, Stripe handles the conversion, not Chat33.
A brand reported a video, or a brand's payment for the campaign is being checked. Those earnings are not paid out during the review. Your Earnings page shows which ones are affected.
Paused means all payouts stopped for a short while and your balance is safe. If your account's payouts are on hold, write to support@chat33.io and we will help.
The money goes back to your balance and your payout history shows what happened. Check your details in the Stripe dashboard, or write to support@chat33.io.
A deleted video stops earning. View pay from it that is still on hold is taken back.
An amount was taken back after it was paid out. It comes out of your future earnings, and you don't need to send anything.
Taxes on your earnings are your responsibility. Chat33 does not withhold tax or give tax advice.
